The Story Behind Monalina
I’m Idalmis Marcos, founder of Monalina Events. My journey began in Cuban theater and television, where I discovered the power of storytelling and attention to detail. Years later, while living in Spain, I found my true passion in transforming spaces and creating unforgettable experiences through design.
Today, based in Miami, I specialize in weddings, quinceañeras, birthdays, and bespoke celebrations—each one thoughtfully crafted to reflect the unique vision of my clients.
I personally guide every project from concept to execution, ensuring a seamless experience where every detail is intentional, elegant, and meaningful.
The dragonfly in our logo represents transformation, grace, and the delicate beauty I strive to bring to every celebration. I believe in the magic that happens when every detail aligns in perfect harmony.

Chef with more than 25 years of experience in fine dining, recognized for his excellence in creating memorable gastronomic experiences. Over the last 7 years, he has specialized in exclusive private events in Miami, bringing creativity, precision, and a sophisticated approach to every culinary proposal. Of Cuban origin and now based in Miami, he graduated from the prestigious School of Hospitality and Tourism of Seville in Havana, Cuba. His career began in operational roles within high-end hotels, where, through discipline and talent, he rose to become head chef, leading kitchens in both restaurants and full-service hotels.

Dúo Bada
Dúo Bada is composed of professional musicians who graduated from the National School of Arts of Cuba and have performed together for over 12 years. Their versatile duo format combines two expressive instruments that bring elegance and energy to all types of events. Their repertoire is extensive and adaptable, allowing them to perform a wide range of musical styles. If you have a special song in mind for your special day, they can arrange it for their duo and perform it live for your celebration. With every performance, Dúo Bada brings class, professionalism, and warmth, creating a memorable musical experience for any event.
